Seo Coxinha was born out of the love for cooking shared by Juliano and João Vitor, a Brazilian couple bringing a taste of Brazil to Ireland. Juliano, a Public Relations and Advertising graduate, has been passionate about cooking since childhood. João, who previously worked in customer service and administration, also shares this passion, inspired by the rich culinary traditions of Minas Gerais, Brazil.

When they moved to Ireland to study English, they saw an opportunity to introduce something new: Brazilian snacks. Within less than a week, both the Brazilian community and other customers embraced the idea, leading them to leave their jobs and fully dedicate themselves to Seo Coxinha.

Now, as they approach their first anniversary, Seo Coxinha is expanding, serving all of Limerick and the surrounding region. Their mission is to bring authentic Brazilian flavors to new audiences, making delicious snacks available to everyone.
